The express delivery time is within 3-7 working days. Currently we only ship to the United States,Canada, United Kimdom, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, Netherlands. If you need to ship to other countries, please contact our customer service at support@ahx-life.com

Return
Our policy lasts 7 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund or a replacement. Kindly note that the returns shipping fee is non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, the products must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. If 7 days have passed since it was properly delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Replacement
If you notice any damage when you receive your package, please notify us right away and include a photo and we will arrange for a prompt replacement. We will pay the return shipping cost for any broken, damaged, defective or incorrect product.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons NOT due to our error, we are sorry that we can’t offer you refund or replacement.
